1) What is Temptu’s Auto Replenishment?
Auto Replenishment is a convenient way to get your AIRpods delivered to you on a regular schedule. You will always have complete control over your deliveries and can cancel or suspend your delivery at any time.
2) How do I sign up for Temptu’s Auto Replenishment?
Simply select the Auto Replenishment option and the frequency you want to have products delivered. Then check out as you normally would.
3) How do I cancel or change the frequency or quantity of my auto replenishment order?
To cancel or suspend your subscription, log into the My Account section of our website and select the tab Auto Replenishment. To change your delivery frequency, please call our customer care team at 1-888-983-6788 any time between Monday – Thursday 9:00am to 5:30pm PT and 9:00am to 3:00pm PT on Friday.
4) When will I be charged for orders?
Orders will be billed to the credit card file for the order on the day the order is shipped. You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.
5) Who should I call if I experience a problem?
