TEMPTU only accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States and Canada (includes APO/FPO and U.S. Territories). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to International addresses. Please see below for our detailed outline of shipping options.

**Shipments to APO/FPO
- Orders being shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be sent via USPS Priority delivery.
- Orders will be charged a flat rate of $11.95.
- Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
- We regret that we are unable to offer standard or express shipping methods to AFO/FPO addresses.
***Shipments to Canada
- Orders being shipped to Canada will be sent via priority shipping method.
- Please allow for 5-10 business days for delivery.
- Orders under $50.00 will be charged a flat rate of $18.95.
- Orders over $50.00 will be charged a flat rate of $21.95.
- We regret that we are unable to offer standard or express shipping methods to Canada.
- Please note, shipments to Canada will be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations except Canada.
- Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. We do our best to process within this timeframe.
- Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, (except major holidays).
- Orders to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, you may return unopened, unused product for a full refund. A 15% restock fee may apply for returned equipment.
TEMPTU AIRpod™ products are under a 45 Day Money Back Guarantee and may be returned if the product does not meet your expectations.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 45 days of purchase and must have been TEMPTU products purchased through the Temptu.com/pro website. If you have purchased TEMPTU products through another retail location, please refer to that specific retailer for their return policy.
For return authorization please contact our customer care department at email@example.com or call 1-888-983-6788. Customer care representatives are available Monday - Friday from 7:00am- 5:30pm PST. Except for major holidays, we are closed December 24-25, 31 and January 1, 2014.
Our customer care representatives will send return authorization labels to all customers located in the Continental U.S. if sent a return authorization label, the return must be received at our warehouse within 10 business days of return authorization label issuance. Any orders received after this time will be sent back to the customer and TEMPTU will not issue a refund.
Please note that TEMPTU can reserve the right to decline returns and/or refuse a refund request if products have been tampered with, components ot items are missing, products were damaged as result of poor packaging or products were not sent back in a timely manner.
