Warranty

 

All TEMPTU equipment purchases include a one-year warranty described below.

TEMPTU warrants, subject to the exclusions set forth below, that its S-One Compressor, TEMPTU Air Compressor, AIRbrush Makeup System (“System”) 2.0, SP-35 Airbrush, SE-50 Airbrush, Pro Conversion Kit and AIRpod gun shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer conditions of use for a period of one year from the date of purchase from an authorized reseller. Proof of purchase is required. TEMPTU, at its option, will at no charge repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any system that does not comply with this warranty. TEMPTU Inc. reserves the right to use reconditioned/ refurbished parts to repair or replace a system. Defects or damages that result from the following, which are not the fault of TEMPTU, shall not be covered. These include: improper operation storage, misuse or abuse, accident, neglect or physical damage, abnormal or commercial use, contact with water, unauthorized service, unauthorized modification of the system or its parts in any way, or other acts.

TEMPTU will provide a prepaid shipping label for systems that require repair.

Replacements

In the unlikely event that you would need replacement products sent to you, TEMPTU will send all products free of charge (while still covered under Warranty) to Continental U.S. addresses ONLY. If you live outside of the U.S., you will be responsible for the shipping charges to your location. A charge for replacement components may be added if the owner is at fault including but not limited to:

  • Compressor was dropped
  • Air hose was melted by hot object, pet has chewed a hole
  • AIRpod gun was broken by not pushing release button
  • Adapter prongs were bent
  • AIRpods were tampered with (valve removed, needle broken); and/or
  • AIRpod gun tail has been broken
  • Airbrush needle, nozzle, and needle cap
  • Airbrush parts that have been lost 

Warranty Limitations

Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the 1 year duration of this limited warranty. The repair, replacement or refund as provided under this express limited warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. In no event shall TEMPTU be liable, whether in contract or tort (including negligence), for damages in excess of the purchase price of the system, or for any direct, incidental special or consequential damages of any kind, or loss to the full extent that these damages may be disclaimed by law.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on the length of an implied warranty; thus, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

To obtain warranty services or information, please call our Customer Care Team Monday - Friday 7am - 5:30pm PST at 1(888)983-6788. You will receive a return authorization number along with instructions on how to ship the system back to TEMPTU.

Your return authorization number must be notated on the outside of your return package. 

TEMPTU is not responsible for any lost or missing packages. Please retain all shipment tracking information.
