60 Day Money Back Guarantee

TEMPTU offers a 60 day money back guarantee on ALL TEMPTU products purchased from temptu.com. If you are not satisfied with the Airbrush Makeup System, AIRpod, RETOUCH products or ADORN Tattoos, you can return it to us within 60 days of delivery by UPS/FedEx/USPS for a full refund. After 60 days, please refer to the TEMPTU Limited Warranty for our warranty service policy.

Return Procedure:

Please contact our customer service department at 1-888-9-TEMPTU (836788) for return authorization. Representatives are available Monday - Friday from 9:30- 5:30pm EST.

TEMPTU will send RA Labels to Continental U.S. addresses ONLY. If you live outside of the U.S., you will be responsible for the shipping charges back to our warehouse.

Each return must be received at our warehouse within 10 business days of return authorization label issuance. Any orders received after this time will be sent back to the customer, and TEMPTU will not issue a refund.

Please note that TEMPTU can reserve the right to decline returns and/or refuse a refund request if the following has occurred:

• products have been tampered with;
• components/items are missing;
• products were not packed securely, resulting in damage; and/or
• products were not sent back in a timely manner.
