Shipping & Returns
At this time we can only accept shipments to physical addresses, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Standard Service:
- Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00.
- Orders under $75.00 will be charged a flat rate of $7.95.
- Orders destined for Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories will be charged a shipping fee of $25.00.
Priority Service:
- Most orders are delivered within 3-4 business days.
- Add $18.00.
- Orders destined for Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories will be charged a shipping fee of $25.00.
Express Service:
- Most orders are delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Add $25.00.
- Orders destined for Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories will be charged a shipping fee of $25.00.
Please note:
- Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. We do our best to process within this timeframe.
- Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on next business day.
- Orders are shipped (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).
- Orders being shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be sent via standard shipping method. Please allow 14-21 business days for delivery.
- At this time we can only accept shipments to physical addresses, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
International Shipping
At this time, orders can only be shipped to the United States and Canada.
Service to Canada will be charged an additional $30 shipping fee. Expedited shipping methods are not available to Canada. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs inspection or GST related fees. TEMPTU is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.
Return Policy
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, you can return your product for a full refund.
All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase and must have been TEMPTU products purchased through the Temptu.com website. If you have purchased TEMPTU products through another retail location, please refer to that specific retailer for their return policy.
For return authorization please contact our customer care department at customercare@temptu.com or call: 1-888-983-6788. Customer care representatives are available Monday - Friday from 7am- 5:30pm PST.
Our customer care representatives will send return authorization labels to all customers located in the Continental U.S. If sent a return authorization label, the return must be received at our warehouse within 10 business days of return authorization label issuance. Any orders received after this time will be sent back to the customer and TEMPTU will not issue a refund.
Please note that TEMPTU can reserve the right to decline returns and/or refuse a refund request if products have been tampered with, components or items are missing, products were damaged as result of poor packaging or products were not sent back in a timely manner.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
