GRECIAN GODDESS OF MAGIC

Artist Anastasia Durasova transported us back into a world of mythology for this Halloween season.
Taking inspiration from gods and goddesses of past beliefs, TEMPTU and Anastasia
created two fanciful looks based on Grecian and Egyptian mythology.

HECATE, a three faced goddess of magic. Known to be the keeper of earth for ghosts,
infernal spirits, the dead and sorcery, Hecate is the perfect commanding goddess. Royal purple
with flashes of silver set the canvas for Anastasia’s creation. The use of theatrical masks
created the three headed iconic look by painting them with various purple hues of Dura.

PRODUCTS

STEP 1

Smooth out the eyebrows by smudging a glue stick
over them completely. Pressing down with a spooly,
and brushing outward. Spray over the eyebrows with
DURA Skin in a shade that matches skintone.

STEP 2

With S/B Multicolors in Lavender 079, highlight the
forehead, nose, cheeks, eyes, throat, collar bone,
shoulders, arms, and chest.

STEP 3

Using DURA Original Colors in Purple 306, fill in
and contour the face, neck, chest, shoulders,
and arms.

STEP 4

Using DURA Shimmer Effects in Purple Ice 028
highlight collar bones, and face.

STEP 5

Using DURA Specialty Colors in Black Violet 208
spray around the edges of a custom made stencil,
with floral design on the face, and freehand design
throughout the rest of the body.

STEP 6

Further highlight both stencil design, and freehand
design with DURA Shimmer Effects in Blue Ice
029.
With two Paper Mache masks, airbrush the
same scheme of colors, and design, and place one
on each side of the head. You may need to cut the
masks so that they sit on your face properly, without
conflicting with your facial structure. Use S/B Hi-Def
in Red 021 to paint on a sexy red lip.

STEP 7

To finish the look, style the hair with voluptuous curls,
and add a crown, or tiara. You may want to try adding
a Toga, made with either fabric, or a white bed sheet
as a clothing option.
