What first inspired you to become a makeup artist?
Originally I wanted to be a film director when I was 16 and went to work as an assistant on a commercial set, I became very disillusioned by the idea after seeing the reality of a director. I ended up hanging out with the wardrobe and makeup department who suggested I become a makeup artist after expressing my other interests which were fashion and art. At that moment a light bulb flashed in my mind and I new I wanted to become a makeup artist from that moment.
