Shipping Options & Charges
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed that will include your order number. Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped at this time. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Our team is doing everything we can to fulfill your orders and process returns as quickly as possible. That said, due to the impact of COVID-19 on our warehouse —and on shipping carriers nationwide—both order and return processing may take longer than usual. We greatly appreciate your patience during this time. TEMPTU only accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States and Canada (includes APO/FPO and U.S. Territories). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to International addresses. Please see below for our detailed outline of shipping options. Please note that due to COVID-19, shipments to Canada are experiencing longer than usual delays as all packages are currently being held at customs. Hazardous Materials Regulations
- Items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including: Dura products above 1 oz., 70% Isopropyl alcohol above 4 oz., airbrush cleaning kits or a combination of products that contain alcohol are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.
- We regret that we are unable to ship these items to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, military addresses or international destinations.
- Please allow for 5-10 business days for delivery.
Please Note
- Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. We do our best to process within this time frame.
- Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, (except major holidays).
- Orders to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority.
- We regret that we are unable to ship to International addresses with the exception of Canada and apologize for any inconvenience.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- TEMPTU is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our responsible control such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.
Return Policy
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase from temptu.com/pro, you may return unopened or unused product for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase. A 15% restock fee may apply for returned equipment. All TEMPTU equipment purchases include a one-year warranty described here.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team to obtain a return authorization. Please contact us via email at procustomercare@temptu.com or call 1-888-983-6788. Customer Care representatives are available Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm EST.
Please include your return authorization number on the outside of your return shipment. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. TEMPTU is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. We recommend that you retain your tracking information.
We do not accept returns for products purchased through other retailers; please refer to that specific retailer for their return policy.
