Q. Is the formula thick?
A: Perfect Canvas Foundation has been formulated and tested to work best with TEMPTU compressors and airbrush guns therefore, it will not be too thick when used with the proper equipment.
Q. Can I clean my airbrush with water while using this formula?
A: No - when using this formula, your airbrush device should only be cleaned with a silicone-based cleanser. We recommend our S/B Airbrush Cleanser or 99% Alcohol.
Q. Will the formula clog my machine?
A: For best results, we recommend using our Airpod Pro in combination with the TEMPTU Air, TEMPTU One or 2.0 Airbrush Makeup System or Airpod Pro and the TEMPTU Pro Plus or S-One Compressor with the appropriate Airpod Airbrush.
Q. Do I need a TEMPTU machine to use this product? Can it be hand applied?
A: For the best results, we recommend using our Airpod Pro in combination with the TEMPTU Air, TEMPTU One or TEMPTU 2.0 Airbrush Makeup System or Airpod Pro and the TEMPTU Pro Plus or S-One Compressor with the appropriate Airpod Airbrush. You may also apply this foundation by hand, sponge or brush.
Q. Is this the same formula that comes in the Perfect Canvas Airbrush Foundation Airpod?
A: Yes - this is the same formula as our pre-filled Airpods. Our Perfect Canvas Foundation can be applied by airbrush or by hand, sponge or brush.
Q. Can I mix this formula with water-based airbrush formulas?
A: No - Perfect Canvas can only be mixed with other silicone-based formulas. Mixing this formula with water and/or water-based formulas will create an oily effect on the skin and cause your airbrush device to clog.
Q. Is Perfect Canvas thinner than S/B foundation?
A: Yes - our Perfect Canvas Foundation is a thinner formula than our S/B Foundation.
Q. Is this a silicone-based or water-based foundation?
A: Perfect Canvas is a silicone-based formula that is long-wear, transfer-, and water-resistant.
Q. Can this be used to refill the TEMPTU Airpods?
A: You may use the Perfect Canvas bottles along with our Airpod Pro. The Airpod Pro is a reusable and refillable Airpod cartridge that allows you to mix and customize shades in its open chamber.

- I'm used to using the air pods for my makeup clients but I'm interested in trying these out. About how many uses can you get out of the .25oz bottle with normal application compared to one air pod?
- Hi Kat, The number of applications will vary depending on the coverage. However, on average with a light to medium coverage a .25oz bottle will provide about 20 applications while an Airpod will provide about 30-40 applications. - Which cleaning fluid do I use to clean out the Hydra-lock formula? The S/B or alcohol 99?
