HOW TO APPLY
Prepping your Airpod:
First, shake your Airpod. If it is the first time you are using this Airpod, remove the tamper seal and pull off cap. Firmly pull back on the clear loop to prime Airpod. Gently open the black plug before attaching Airpod to the TEMPTU Air.
Attaching your Airpod:
Press down on the round release button on the side of the TEMPTU Air and slide the Airpod, window side up, into the TEMPTU Air until it clicks into place.
Detaching your Airpod:
Press down on the round release button on the side of the TEMPTU Air and pull downward on the Airpod to remove it from the Air. Be sure to close the black plug on the Airpod when not in use.
Using the TEMPTU Air:
Charge before first use. Hold down on the power button for two seconds to turn the TEMPTU Air on and off. Tap lightly on the button to switch speeds:
- Speed 1: Light Air – Detail work (eye and spot correction)
- Speed 2: Medium Air – Everyday flawless makeup application (foundation, blush and bronzer)
- Speed 3: Full Air – Highlighter and larger areas (décolletage, arms)
Always stop and look in between passes until reaching the desired level of coverage. You want to see perfected skin, not the makeup.
All 3 lights will start blinking when the Air needs to be charged, which takes 1-3 hours to complete.
SoftTouch Control:
The SoftTouch Control regulates the amount of makeup released from the Airpod. For makeup to spray, use pointer finger to hold down the SoftTouch Control.
Practice on your hand to get a feel for the application. Less is More. Always press down lightly when applying to the face. Only press down all the way on the SoftTouch Control when applying to larger areas of the body.
Mastering a Flawless Finish:
Hold the TEMPTU Air about four fingers from the face. Always keep the Air moving in small, circular motions for a seamless, even finish.
Use a light touch with the SoftTouch Control when applying makeup to the face. TEMPTU makeup is weightless and buildable - a little goes a long way.
Stop and look between passes until reaching the desired level of coverage.
- 1-2 passes for sheer coverage
- 2-3 passes for medium coverage
- 3-4 passes for full coverage
Pro Tips to avoid a wet, heavy or uneven finish:
- Do not hold Air too close to skin
- Do not move in a back-and-forth motion
- Do not press too hard on the SoftTouch Control
Always stop and look in between passes until reaching the desired level of coverage. You want to see perfected skin, not the makeup.
Pre-filled Airpods may require cleaning of the tip occasionally to maintain optimal spray. Remove any makeup buildup from around the Airpod needle with S/B Airbrush Cleaner and the TEMPTU Cleaning & Mixing brush or other fine tip brush (sold separately).

Q. Does the TEMPTU Air come with a wall adapter?
A: No - the TEMPTU Air comes with a Micro-USB Charging Cord, Wall Adapters are sold separately.
Q. How do you clean the TEMPTU Air?
A: The TEMPTU Air can be wiped down with a cloth or paper towel dampened with water or glass cleaner. Never pour water on the Air or submerge it in water. To maintain optimal spray, Airpods may require cleaning around the needle with a fine tip brush and S/B Airbrush Cleaner (both sold separately).
Q. Does the TEMPTU Air come with a carrying case?
A: No - the TEMPTU Air comes with a Micro-USB Charging Cord, Wall Adapters and carrying cases are both sold separately.
Q. Is the TEMPTU Air quieter than the 2.0 Airbrush Makeup System?

"I've really loved my Air, it's easy to use with my weak hands. However, I haven't been able to use it in years because the air will not go thru the pod. The problem has been with both, my old Air, and the new one. Unfortunately, the customer service person was not able to help with the problem. I'm going to keep trying tho, I love it that much!"

"I have had this machine for a little over a year and have had it replaced once a couple of months ago for not working. I received my new machine and used a brand new pod and after three uses, I had the same problem. I troubleshooted and cleaned every per the website and it is still not spraying. It is virtually impossible to get a hold of customer service. The website lists a phone number but they still are not accepting phone calls citing COVID (it’s been 2 years). No one answers on text & it takes forever for someone to answer an email. I’m extremely disappointed in this company having switched from luminess."

"The Airpod is easy to apply and offers great coverage for the face. I wish that Temptu offered more foundation colors fr brown/golden tones because it's not a perfect match. I ordered the Sandalwood but it was too light, then the Hazelnut but that's to cool and makes me look ghosted. Definitely need better warm golden shades for brown skin in the Perfect Canvas Foundation. Otherwise I like te unit and ease of application."
