TEMPTU offers a generous commission on qualified sales. Our entry level commission rate starts at 4%. The more you sell the more you earn.

Yes, however, temptu.com only accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States and Canada (includes APO/FPO and U.S. Territories). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to International addresses.

TEMPTU is open to many types of sites and anyone may apply to the program, however, we do reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a site's membership at any time for any reason we may deem appropriate.

A qualified sale is a sales transaction that is not cancelled, declined or returned and that went through an approved IMPACT tracking link.

Through the IMPACT Platform you can access reports that provide information on impressions, click-throughs and commissions earned. These reports are updated daily.

All links from your site to temptu.com contain a unique identifier that tracks every time a user comes to us via your customized link, so that we know to credit you when a sale is made. If you attempt to alter the links that you pull from your IMPACT account in any way, your tracking could be lost, resulting in lost commissions to you.

As a publisher in the TEMPTU Affiliate Program, you will be provided with frequent communication to ensure that you are aware of our most current offers and promotions. We have a few different forms of communication that you will receive over the duration of our relationship:

1. Your first communication will arrive from the TEMPU Affiliate Team, welcoming you to our program when your application is accepted.
2. Once you join the program, you will receive our monthly affiliate newsletter in your IMPACT account. The newsletter includes our top offers and promotions for the month, and any new product launches.
3. Furthermore, as part of our newsletter efforts, you will receive notifications about our flash sales, special announcements (alerts about changes to the program terms or other high-priority messages), holiday offers and affiliate exclusive promotions.
4. You may occasionally hear directly from one of our team members at TEMPTU or IMPACT. To ensure that the program grows, and our publishers are successful, we may contact you to build our relationship or optimize our placements. We value our partners and want this to be a successful partnership.

We provide a daily product data feed along with a wide variety of banner ads and text links. You will also have the support of TEMPTU affiliate account managers and tech support provided by the IMPACT platform.

Referrals are only considered for credit if they occur within 15 days of the action/sale.

Commissions earned within a calendar month will be paid 3 months following the end of that calendar month and issued through IMPACT via your personal choice of payment. This period of time allows TEMPTU to honor its 45-day money-back guarantee to all referred customers. (e.g., For sales posted in August, you will be paid out at the end of November).

IMPACT offers near-real-time reporting where publishers can view orders that have been placed. Actions/sales will appear +/- 20 minutes after being placed and +/- 2 hours later in reporting. Please note that monthly payments may vary from publisher reporting due to cancellations, returns, and removal of fraudulent orders.

TEMPTU reviews all returns and cancelled orders monthly in accordance with our 45-day return policy. Any adjustments to order statuses on initial qualified sales are made as necessary.

Brand and trademark bidding in any form is forbidden in the TEMPTU Affiliate Program. We highly recommend that publishers make the TEMPTU brand (as well as any misspellings) a negative match in search campaigns. When you accept the program terms in IMPACT, you are also agreeing to our search policy. Please review it carefully prior to accepting the program terms to ensure that you will abide by them.

PID refers to your IMPACT Partner Website ID. This is necessary to create your unique URL so that orders can be tracked back to your account.

SEM Keyword Policy: Media partners may not bid on branded terms or misspellings including but not limited to: TEMPTU, TEMPTU PRO.
Media partners may not bid on phrases which include branded terms or misspellings (e.g. TRADEMARK+).
Media partners may NOT use the destination URL in the advertising links.
Media partners may use the trade names in ads.

Coupons and Promotional Codes: Media partners may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the Impact Affiliate Network.
Media partners are not allowed to recreate, list or copy any promotion codes found on other websites that TEMPTU has partnered with.
Media partners are not allowed to reword promotions that are misleading to the customer.

Email: Email is allowed using only the creative banners and text links provided in the Impact Affiliate Network.

Additional Terms and Conditions: All media partners agree to present TEMPTU in a positive manner consistent with its brand identity. TEMPTU reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Program at any time at its sole discretion and TEMPTU reserves the right to remove media partners from the Affiliate Program at any time at its sole discretion. Should a media partner be removed from the Affiliate Program, or should TEMPTU terminate the Affiliate Program, the media partner will receive any commissions or payouts earned prior to the removal or termination from the program.

TEMPTU reserves the right to amend commission rates and all other insertion order terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of an insertion order change or cancelation, media partners will be given 1 days notification. Any commissions or payouts earned prior to the date of an insertion order change or cancelation will received based on the prior payout rate in effect at the time the payout was earned.
